Here are a few facts:

  • We are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Registered and Certified.
  • We use only Special High Grade Zinc which is very low in impurities and toxic metals such as lead. Prime Western Grade Zinc which is used by many galvanizers can contain as much as 1.4% lead and up to 0.2% cadmium.
  • We do not use a Chromate Quench System. Hexavalent Chromium used in these systems can be hazardous to employees, your customers, and end users. There are also Storm Water Run-off concerns.
  • We are the only company using our proprietary, patented system to galvanize threaded products, GALVATHREAD. It is truly State of the Art.
  • We operate four lines – assuring you of on-time delivery. Our Shipping/Receiving department operates a minimum of 18 hours per day.
  • We have utilized E-Verify to verify eligibility of all employees since 2010.
